If an Item purchased on our site does not meet your satisfaction because of a manufacturer defect, please see the manufacture's return policy, nearly all of our major manufactures allow returns and will send you a shipping label upon request for most damaged or defective items. The period to do this is usually limited so please do not wait to make a return.
Most high end goods such as markers come with a registration card, please register your product upon receiving it. Purchases are non-returnable to Black Ops Paintball LLC.
