Repair Inforamtion
- Repairs will be completed in the order received
- Cost = First Hour($45) + Parts and $35/hours after the first hour
- First hour will be paid for before any work begins
- Repairs not picked up 30 days after 3rd contact attempt become part of Black Ops property
- If we are unable to complete your work We will only charge your $25 and issue a $20 store credit
Expectations
- Expect a minimum 2 weeks service
- Tech will notify you of time expectations
- It is your duty to the best of your ability to explain your issue
- We do not do phone repairs or troubleshooting. There are way too many parts involved.
- Please feel free to video or photograph your issue and send to tech
- Drop off repairs can be brought in any day of the week
