Shipping policy

Black Ops uses all major shipping companies. Unless stated in a product description, we ONLY ship brand new products. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transport, Black Ops will replace the item if you comply with shipping company claims policy. This includes but not limited to taking packaging and product to the postal service, sending images or videos. Refusal to abide by the policies will result in no replacement or return.
